MAIL-IN REGISTRATION INFORMATION
For Mail-in Registration, please print and fill out the Mail-in Registration Application (for all Camp Weeks except Camp Friendship).

If you do not send entire balance owed with the camp application you MUST at least send a $10.00 registration check (non-refundable/non-transferable) with the camp application. If you chose to pay entire balance due when you send in the camp application, the registration fee is part of the total camp price. Please complete application and drop it off at our office or mail it to the address above for processing.
Please make all checks payable to the PFWB Church designated for CYC and camper's name. We would appreciate it if the entire balance could be paid prior to the opening of camp. However, it may be paid the opening day of camp, plus the late fee(see below). For room preference and assurance, early registration is strongly recommended.
IMPORTANT
Space is limited, therefore early registration is strongly recommended. Because of space limitations we may not be able to accommodate all applicants. An additional late fee of $35.00 will be assessed for all applications not received in our office by the close of business (5pm) on the Tuesday before your week of camp, including walk-ons.
Telephone and Faxed applications will be UNACCEPTABLE!! Please type or print legibly with dark ink.
