REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration for Crusader Youth Camp can be done ONLINE, with any major credit card, OR you can print out the Mail-in Registration Application and mail it in with a check or money order.

MAIL-IN REGISTRATION INFORMATION

For Mail-in Registration, please print and fill out the Mail-in Registration Application (for all Camp Weeks except Camp Friendship).

If you do not send entire balance owed with the camp application you MUST at least send a $10.00 registration check (non-refundable/non-transferable) with the camp application. If you chose to pay entire balance due when you send in the camp application, the registration fee is part of the total camp price. Please complete application and drop it off at our office or mail it to the address above for processing.

Please make all checks payable to the PFWB Church designated for CYC and camper's name.  We would appreciate it if the entire balance could be paid prior to the opening of camp.  However, it may be paid the opening day of camp, plus the late fee(see below).  For room preference and assurance, early registration is strongly recommended.

IMPORTANT

Space is limited, therefore early registration is strongly recommended. Because of space limitations we may not be able to accommodate all applicants. An additional late fee of $35.00 will be assessed for all applications not received in our office by the close of business (5pm) on the Tuesday before your week of camp, including walk-ons.

Telephone and Faxed applications will be UNACCEPTABLE!! Please type or print legibly with dark ink.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

To Register Online for Crusader Youth Camp, with any major credit card, please click on the appropriate online camp registration link below to pay the entire camp balance.  Part of the camp fee is a $10.00 non-refundable & non-transferable registration fee.

Once your payment has gone through you will be automatically sent to the ONLINE CYC Application.  Please fill out the online application right away.  You MUST fill out this CYC application for camper to be accepted (if you don't want to fill it out online, just print and send in the Mail-in Registration Application, and send a note with the application that you already paid online).

Camp Friendship campers do not have an online application. Friendship Campers can pay online and then will be directed to a page with all the forms you need to download and print out. Fill them out and send them to the camp address below or bring them to the PFWB Headquarters.

After you have filled out the ONLINE application, click submit, and you will be sent to a confirmation page with details of all the information you just entered. Please PRINT the confirmation page, sign in the appropriate areas, and turn it in the first day of camp.  Although camper will then be registered, the signed confirmation page is still REQUIRED to be turned in. If you want to turn it in before the first day of camp, you can send it in by mail or drop it off at the Resource Center.  We must have the application and signatures on file by the first day of camp for camper to participate. Either bring the signed application on the first day of camp or send to:
